Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 11, 2026

1. Who you're contracting with

These Terms govern your access to and use of The Stylized Forest online course and related materials (the "Service"), provided by Noret Design AB ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

The Service is a pre-recorded online course teaching stylized environment art in Unity, delivered as video lessons and supporting assets. Each purchase is a single-seat licence for one person: you can use everything you learn โ€” including techniques, workflows, and ideas โ€” in your own commercial and portfolio work. The course materials themselves (videos, project files, written content) are for your personal use and may not be shared with, resold to, or redistributed to other people. Studios and teams should purchase one seat per team member.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to purchase the Service. If you purchase on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

4. Account & credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service unlawfully, or for fraud, spam, or harassment;
  • infringe the intellectual property or other rights of Noret Design AB or any third party;
  • introduce malware, probe, scan, or otherwise interfere with the security or integrity of the Service;
  • scrape, mirror, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the course content in whole or in part;
  • share your account, download link, or course materials with any other person or organisation.

6. Intellectual property

All course videos, written materials, source files, project files, branding, and related assets are the exclusive property of Noret Design AB and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the materials for your personal learning. No other rights are granted, express or implied.

You may use the techniques you learn in your own commercial and portfolio work. You may not republish, resell, or redistribute the course materials themselves.

7. Payment terms

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment terms, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

8. Refunds

See our Refund Policy. In short: we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee.

9. Service availability

We work hard to keep the Service running, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of technical issues. Content may be updated, added, or removed over time.

10. Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is capped at the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our policies. On termination, your licence to use the materials ends.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Sweden, unless mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise.
